1. WHO WE ARE
Sivasbazar ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operating under the app name HelernexMkt,
is a multi-vendor marketplace platform developed by Praveen Pushkin, Kerala, India.
Website: https://sivasbazar.com.

2. WE ARE A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM ONLY
Sivasbazar / HelernexMkt is a software platform. We do NOT:
• Sell any products
• Handle any payments
• Take any commission from any transaction
• Employ any vendors
• Manufacture, store, inspect, or deliver any products
• Guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of any product listed

All products are listed solely by independent vendors. All transactions are
solely between the vendor and the customer. Sivasbazar / HelernexMkt and its
developer are NOT a party to any transaction.

3. DATA WE COLLECT
• Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, address.
• Location Data: GPS coordinates to show nearby vendors. Never shared for advertising.
• Order Data: Product names, quantities, delivery addresses, vendor details.
• Device Info: IP address, device type, OS, for security purposes.
• Profile Images: Uploaded by users for account identification.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, to improve the platform.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
• To provide the platform and its features.
• To process and display orders between vendors and customers.
• To show nearby vendors based on your GPS location.
• To send order status updates (WhatsApp and push notifications).
• To improve the platform and fix issues.
• To enforce content restrictions as required by law.
• We DO NOT sell personal data to advertisers.

5. DATA SHARING
We share data only with:
• Supabase (encrypted database storage)
• Cloudinary (image storage)
• OneSignal (push notifications)
• WATI (WhatsApp business notifications)

6. IMPORTANT — FUTURE SALE / OWNERSHIP TRANSFER
The platform (sivasbazar.com and the HelernexMkt mobile app) may in
the future be sold, transferred, merged, or acquired by a third party.

In the event of such a transaction:
• All user data including account details, orders, and usage history may
  be transferred to the new owner as part of the business asset.
• The new owner will be required to honour this privacy policy or provide
  30 days notice of any changes.
• A prominent notice will be displayed in the app and on
  sivasbazar.com at least ONE MONTH before any ownership transfer.
• If you do not wish your data to be transferred, you must delete your
  account before the transfer date by emailing: pushkinpraveen@gmail.com.
• By registering, you explicitly consent to this possibility.

7. YOUR RIGHT TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data.
To delete your data:
• Go to Profile → scroll to bottom → tap "Delete My Account"
• OR email: pushkinpraveen@gmail.com with subject "Delete My Account"
• All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Anonymised order records may be retained as part of vendor business records.

8. DATA SECURITY
All data is stored on Supabase with encryption and row-level security.
Passwords are never stored in plain text. No method of electronic storage
is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.
Anyone under 18 is not permitted to register or use this app.

10. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
The platform enforces automated restrictions on prohibited products
(alcohol, pork in Gulf countries, beef in restricted Indian states).
These restrictions are implemented as a safety measure.
The vendor is solely responsible for ensuring their products comply
with all applicable local laws.

11. DISPUTES BETWEEN VENDORS AND CUSTOMERS
Vendors may register and list products without prior manual approval by
the platform. Any dispute, complaint, or claim arising between a customer
and a vendor (including but not limited to non-delivery, wrong or damaged
product, quality issues, or fraud) is solely between that customer and
that vendor. The platform owner / developer is not a party to, and is not
responsible or liable for, any such dispute. See the Terms & Conditions
